By creating an account or using Naistaxi services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Naistaxi is a ride-hailing platform focused on women's safety. To use the platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Naistaxi reserves the right to deny, restrict, or revoke access to the platform at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or if these Terms are violated.

Naistaxi provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent drivers.

• Naistaxi is not a transportation provider.
• Drivers operate as independent service providers.
• Ride availability depends on nearby drivers and demand.

Naistaxi currently supports pre-booked (scheduled) ride requests only.

• You may schedule rides in advance through the platform.
• A ride request is only confirmed once an independent driver accepts your booking.
• Timely availability of the ride is subject to driver acceptance, traffic, and external conditions.

• The customer is expected to be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled pickup time.
• A complimentary waiting period of 5 minutes is included.
• If the customer requests additional waiting time and the driver agrees to wait, a waiting fee of €0.38 per minute will apply after the initial 5-minute grace period. Waiting charges will be paid directly to the driver as part of the ride fare.
• If the customer cannot be reached and is not present within 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the booking may be treated as a customer no-show. This may lead to account restrictions.
• The driver is not obligated to wait beyond the agreed pickup time and may decline a waiting request if it would impact subsequent bookings.

• Ride pricing may vary based on distance, time, demand, and other factors.
• All ride fares, waiting charges, and fees are paid directly to the independent driver. Naistaxi does not collect ride payments or process card transactions for rides on behalf of drivers in this release.

You agree to:

• Pay the agreed fare directly to the driver upon completion of the service.
• Use valid and authorized payment methods accepted by the driver (e.g. cash, card terminal in the vehicle, etc.).

Safety is central to Naistaxi’s service. Features and guidelines include:

• Community and services focused on women's safety.
• Support contact for safety-related reports.

You agree:

• Not to misuse the platform or attempt to bypass security systems.
• Not to allow others to use your account.
• To follow all safety guidelines.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Naistaxi aims to provide a child-friendly service, including:

• Availability of a child seat on rides (subject to driver availability).

Customers are responsible for:

• Requesting a child seat when booking (if required).
• Supervising children during the ride.

Naistaxi connects you with independent drivers, and all payments for rides are made directly to the driver. Consequently, Naistaxi does not manage or process refunds.

To maintain a reliable network for independent drivers who reserve their time specifically for pre-booked rides, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Customers are expected to cancel pre-booked rides in a timely manner if they can no longer attend.
• If a customer repeatedly cancels bookings with short notice (less than 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time) or fails to show up for a ride (Customer No-Show), Naistaxi reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban the user from utilizing the platform.
• Drivers are independent service providers and have the right to report customer no-shows or late cancellations to Naistaxi support, which may result in automated or manual account restriction.

You agree not to:

• Engage in abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
• Damage vehicles or property.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Provide false information or impersonate another person.

Naistaxi services are currently available in Finland. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features of the platform.
• Limit availability based on location, demand, or operational factors.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Naistaxi is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or driver availability.
• Naistaxi is not responsible for actions of independent drivers.
• Naistaxi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Naistaxi may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Breach safety requirements.
• Misuse the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
